It would be nice to add more floor space to my hotel room by adding a wooden platform on which to place my bed. Quickly, without relocating to a larger apartment, I could utilize quite a bit more standing room, which I could use, for instance, to improve my music videos by adding a wall-hung background and/or some floor-standing studio lighting effects. Unfortunately, the room's ceiling, however, based upon my arms-reach measurements, is too low for a platform. Watch this video to see how I determined my room's available space using only my body and no measuring instruments, which could have gotten in the way towards my finding out the room's actual available remodeling- space dimensions, before I ever ended up wasting any time and/or energy from building a useless room addition in an otherwise cozy, functional amount of space in this little hotel room.

One moment of successful love-making is hard to repeat because making love is challenging to experience exactly right in the first place, anyway. Unfortunately, we can't go back in time to our favorite moments. We can, however, remember the moments that we wish we could repeat forever. Briefly, a moment occurs in this video of Frank Sinatra playing a content man with a seal in clay passionately making love. But then...

Meeting In the Middle

Who was that talking in this video during those two brief moments while I fell asleep? That voice sounds like myself talking! Do I talk in my sleep? Has no one ever told me about that happening to me? Have I been keeping people awake at night from "sleep-talking?" If that isn't myself sleeping in those scenes of "sleep-talking," did someone else sleep or talk? But how could someone else have possibly known what I was even doing during my filming of this video? See for yourself.

Secret Assets Might Cause Unemployment

MSN Money Report - Find Your Unclaimed Money

Is unemployment caused by secret assets being held in my name? One of my relatives or friends might have stashed away an expensive piece of jewelry or some other commodity in my name or might be holding a car title or home mortgage in my name. How can I find out whether or not any possibly-valuable items or loans are being held in my name?

Perhaps because of any possible secret assets that someone might be holding in my name, my life experiences have been involving too much constant secrecy, as far as I am concerned. For instance, yesterday, December 27, 2011, at around 06:00 PM PST, which was about an hour after sundown and after I had left my hotel room, I rode a Golden Empire Transit bus to the Bakersfield, California Rosedale Highway Walmart, where, while walking on that Walmart's front sidewalk towards that same Walmart's entrance doors, I intensely heard someone somewhere loudly ask me where I had gone. Unable to hold back an answer, I replied to that secret someone, located somewhere from afar, that I had gone to Walmart in order to return an item. Then, I immediately saw and heard a white pick-up truck with a black back fender, located in that Walmart's front parking lot, quickly driving away from me towards that parking lot's front exit. At the same time, I immediately heard the apparently-related secret someone's voice completely reside, a quieting experience that, unfortunately, hardly ever happens. Unfortunately as well, I was quickly shocked by that secret voice again, when I, with my Walmart bag in hand, right after having witnessed the truck gun away from me and having heard the obvious yet secret voice subside away from my presence on that very same evening at that very same Walmart, had just walked back into that Walmart and had just begun to return that very same item, an exercise device, that I had just carried with me into that same Walmart, in which I had also just begun to shop for some of the same items for which I had shopped earlier that day at that same Walmart, including, along with some types of flexible, portable pieces exercise equipment, food. At that Walmart's Customer Service department, I returned the exercise device and, at that same department and cash register, I purchased, at around 06:30 PM PST, and then carried with me throughout that same store store, two large bags of corn chips. After purchasing two cans of chicken and one can of tuna, with two Walmart shopping bags, I left that same store and rode on the GET bus Number 14 Downtown all the way back to the Bakersfield, California Golden Empire Transit downtown bus terminal.

That entire time, unfortunately, I heard that same secret someone spying on and interrogating me. Even more unfortunately, that same secret someone continued to spy on and interrogate me, obtrusively and distressingly, too far into my own hours this morning, December 28, 2011, waking me up way before the roosters crow, as usual. Can you stop that secret someone from spying on and interrogating me? If you might have seen that above-described white pick-up truck that gunned out of that Bakersfield, California Rosedale Highway Walmart parking lot last night, December 27, 2011, at around 06:00 PM PST, please contact me and/or the police.

Any unusual circumstances that might be related to the above-described events could help solve a presumably-related crime, apparently in progress. For instance, on that same above-referenced evening, December 27, 2011, while, on that above-described trip to Walmart, at the Golden Empire Transit's downtown bus terminal, after I had just boarded the parked Golden Empire Transit's Bus Number 14 Rosedale bus and had immediately sat down in one of that bus's seats at around 05:00 PM PST, a slender, middle-aged Caucasian man of above-average height and average weight and with dark brown hair quickly boarded the front of that same bus alone, and asked, still alone, that current bus's driver whether or not that bus was going to Walmart. After apparently hearing that same bus driver provide an affirmative answer, that same man, still alone, exited that front of that same bus immediately, and quickly and intently walked, still alone, across the street in front of that bus towards a white van parked next to the curb adjacent to the parking lot located behind the H street federal credit union located due east from the terminal.

Then, immediately, while I was still sitting in the same seat on the same bus, a slender young man of above-average height and below-average weight and wearing a beige tassel cap attached his bicycle to the front of that same bus. After he had boarded that bus and had sat down in one of the seats adjacent to the bus's front entrance, which was located almost right in front of me by one row of seats, I noticed that I had never seen that man around Bakersfield, California before. He was a youthful-looking adult, perhaps of at least some Asian descent, with black hair.

Again, if you can provide any information that might be related to any of the above-described events, please call and/or write to me and/or your local police.

According to Debt Consolidation Care, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy involves a Trustee selling some of the bankrupt person's assets, deemed non-exempt during the filing of the bankruptcy. Yet, at the Sacramento, California Self-Help Legal Center, a legal representative filed all of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy assets as completely exempt. In that case, therefore, what kinds of assets, or non-assets, for that matter, could the Trustee Thomas A. Aceituno, listed with Attorney Anthony Hughes, possibly have sold on my behalf in order to pay for the debts?

Craig Morgan has joined the chat.
Craig Morgan: hi
Stephen Michael Richards: hi
Craig Morgan: How are you doing today?
Stephen Michael Richards: I am doing well today.
Craig Morgan: What kind of debts are you looking to consolidate
Stephen Michael Richards: Debts that were not filed in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Craig Morgan: what are they
Stephen Michael Richards: Credit.
Craig Morgan: card?
Stephen Michael Richards: Yes.
Craig Morgan: what is the total debt amount that you owe?
Stephen Michael Richards: Less than $2,000.00
Craig Morgan: are you current or behind on your payments
Stephen Michael Richards: Current.
Craig Morgan: ok
Craig Morgan: well what we do is we consolidate all your debts into one single monthly payment so according to your debt amount what is the minimum that you think you can afford to pay as a monthly payment without any hardship
Stephen Michael Richards: $100.00.
Craig Morgan: minimum would be 150 can you afford $150
Stephen Michael Richards: Yes.
Craig Morgan: and if yo make a monthly payment of $150 we will get you out of this debt in 80 months
Stephen Michael Richards: 80 or 8?
Craig Morgan: 8
Stephen Michael Richards: Please restate it.
Craig Morgan: if you make a monthly payment of 150 for 8 months we will get you out of that credit card debt
Stephen Michael Richards: Send me the contract.
Craig Morgan: well i can explai you the program now
Stephen Michael Richards: okay
Craig Morgan: well before i explain you the program i would like to inform you that if you goin for any debt consolidation it will have a negative impact on your credit scores
Craig Morgan: but once you are out of these debts in 8 months it will gradually go up
Craig Morgan: if it is ok then i can go ahead and explain you the program
Stephen Michael Richards: okay
Craig Morgan: This is a debt consolidation program where we consolidate all your debts into one single payment for all your creditors that you might have and the monthly payment will be decided as per your convenience and according to how much you can easily afford to pay without having any financial hardships.
Craig Morgan: ok
Stephen Michael Richards: are you a settlement?
Craig Morgan: yes
Stephen Michael Richards: What are the advantages of not consolidating?
Craig Morgan: well in consolidating your interest rate would decrease but your principal remains the way it it but in settlement wqe pay off your entire debt amount under a single monthly payment plan
Stephen Michael Richards: Is a single monthly payment plan advantageous to the creditors?

Some people whom I briefly met in Sacramento, California told me to go toLegal Aidin order to get help in filing my bankruptcy. By walking, asking, calling, and telephone directory-assistance researching, I went to the office of what at least some people referred to as Legal Aid yet did not stay there for more than a few hours. After I had reached the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern Kentucky at 517 12th Street in Sacramento, California, and then had been immediately ignored by the two women seated behind that office's front counter, I waited, seated, throughout Silent Treatment Number One. Then, I got up and walked up and down the adjacent sidewalk. That was Silent Treatment Number Two. Finally, at the office next door, apparently at the same address as Legal Aid, I briefly inquired about how to file my bankruptcy with that office's lobby-standing business-dressed woman, who politely told me to call the Debt Collection Defense and Bankruptcy Law Clinic.

When:
Every other Tuesday evening at 5:00 p.m. by appointment only. Call (916) 551-2102 to make an appointment.
Where:
517 12th Street
Sacramento, CA

I called the above number but couldn't arrive at the advertised office location for a certain once-a-month appointment. That was Silent Treatment Number Three. More convenient to me was the Internet. At Total Attorneys, I found an attorney-referrals telephone number, at which I was referred to bankruptcy attorney, Gregory J. Smith, (916) 971-3055, whom I discovered, from the Sacramento AT&T White Pages, to be located at the same telephone number as Affordable Legal Aid, Inc., 2949 Fulton Ave., Sacramento, California.

I went to another office of the same Affordable Legal Aid, where, located at 109 Darling Way, Roseville, California 95678-0192, after a brief wait, our filing of bankruptcy started. The fee was not too high to afford, and I got filed on time, but now that I am bankrupt, I want a way to get pardoned of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Even after having received the official mark of a finalized Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my own personal credit report, I am apparently still being hounded by collectors, anyway, not really on the phone itself, but in a less obvious way, a much worse way, a way no one is doing anything about, involving fierce, personalized spying and interrogating, perhaps, as per someone's anonymous, secret report this morning, volunteered from where I do not know, by a Geiger counter, or possibly by an ultrasonic tracking device, such as the "Ultrasonic Spotlight Tracker," a theater-based device, possibly dangerous and, as far as I am concerned, grounds for banning. Find out how you can help promote a ban to the Ultrasonic Trackers.

Read about some of my experiences of being tracked.

Does anyone know whether or not the below-linked Cornell University research project might describe at least a similar type of spy device that spies and interrogators, whom I have described in my blog, "Secret Assets," might be using to engage in spying on and interrogating me?

Read the Ultrasonic Spy Report

The research study report,"ECE 476 Final Project Ultrasonic Spotlight Tracker Paul Cheng Po Chen (cc323) Jimmy Chin-Hao Chen (cc425) May 2006 Cornell University," describes a type of computerized spotlight that automatically tracks the live stage theatrical performer without anyone having to manually shine a spotlight onto the moving performer. In the above-linked report, Chen and Chen claim that the ultrasonic tracking spotlight can help theater companies save money by possibly reducing numbers of hired stage technicians. Secret spies, whom I have described in my blog, "Secret Assets," apparently following me around in a truck, might be spying on and interrogating me with an unidentified type of tracking device that might be constructed in a similar fashion to the ultrasonic tracking spotlight device that two Cornell University science researchers have described in the above-linked report.

In my experiences with secret spies, whom I have described in my blog, "Secret Assets," an ultrasonic tracking device is too painful because it forces a tracked person, actually a victim of torture, to unwillingly respond to irritating and annoying strangers' impossible commands and ridiculing comments. Furthermore, an ultrasonic tracking device painfully vibrates the victim's body, probably in order to force that person's body into a state of detectability by the sensitivities of a certain type of sound- and/or light-wave detection instrument. In addition, since sound waves are detectable through solid objects, the ultrasonic tracking device apparently allows the spies and/or stage technicians to view the victim(s) as well as his or her surroundings all the way through solid objects, including through buildings' walls, thereby invading privacy.

Therefore, as far as I am concerned, ultrasonic tracking devices should be used, in each specific case of using one or more ultrasonic tracking devices, only temporarily and only during emergencies, and/or, in the case of theater management, only on hired employees and/or volunteers comprehensively informed and consensual to the use of the tracking devices on themselves and only during actual live stage performances, after which the specific uses of certain tracking devices on certain people should then be ceased, at least temporarily, before ever being used again on those specific people but according to the above-stated rules, in order to give tracked victims or performers a break from the physical and emotional pain caused not only by the ultrasonic tracking spotlight devices themselves, but also by the demanding personalities of those types of controlling people apparently inclined to engage in using such types of devices on others.

SNAP Introduces “Only In The Alley” 2012 Calendar

SNAP Introduces “Only In The Alley” 2012 Calendar

To me, your use of the name, "Mae," is a copyright infringement. My song, Come Home Molly Mae, is registered with the website, http://www.bmi.com. Here in Bakersfield, California, I wrote, registered, and, in front of the halfway house on F Street, performed the song, Come Home Molly Mae. After my above-described performance of the above-described song, who got a call from the man who, while talking on a mobile phone, asked me the name of that song, which apparently he had just heard me sing, and presumably heard me reply with the song title, "Come Home Molly Mae?"
