To me, your use of the name, "Mae," is a copyright infringement. My song, Come Home Molly Mae, is registered with the website, http://www.bmi.com. Here in Bakersfield, California, I wrote, registered, and, in front of the halfway house on F Street, performed the song, Come Home Molly Mae. After my above-described performance of the above-described song, who got a call from the man who, while talking on a mobile phone, asked me the name of that song, which apparently he had just heard me sing, and presumably heard me reply with the song title, "Come Home Molly Mae?"
